Release and Holding back...

Sister's call brought back my tears...
finally a release of pains and emotions...
didn't know she's suffering so much there...
somehow divert my pain's attention to her...
but...it doesn't mean the pain is lessen...
it hurts to hold back...
it hurts more when i see the ones i love holding back...
